By accessing or using our Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the laws of the Netherlands. RapaTrack is operated by D3V, a company registered in the Netherlands with KVK number 86882988.

The Application is provided for personal use only. You may not use it for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms.

Orders and Payments

Orders placed through the Application are processed via Stripe, our selected payment provider. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions, which you can review at Stripe Policies.

Return Policy Agreement

By using our services and placing an order, you also agree to our Return Policy. Please take the time to review our Return Policy to understand your rights concerning returns and exchanges.

Intellectual Property

The content, design, and layout of the Application are protected by copyrights and other intellectual property rights, owned or licensed by RapaTrack. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any material without express permission.

Liabilities

RapaTrack, including its parent company D3V, does not accept liability for any loss or damage that may arise from using our services, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss.

Medical and health-related information provided through the Application and any associated labs should not be construed as medical advice. Always consult a healthcare provider before undertaking any changes to your health regimen.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to make updates to these Terms at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Application.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law, and any disputes will be resolved in the Dutch courts.
